SGIM Meeting 2021 – UW GIM Recap

 

The 2021 annual meeting of the Society of General Internal Medicine

 was held entirely virtually April 20–23. The theme was “Transforming Values into Action.” Over 2,000 SGIM members attended, including many of our own UW GIM faculty.

In addition to giving oral presentations, Associate Professor Dr. Joshua Liao co-authored three posters, two of them with Dr. Leah Marcotte, the association medical director for Population Health. Dr. Liao was also a finalist for “Best Health Equity Oral Abstract.”
