Maggie Walker elected to Washington Academy of Physician Associates board

Dr. Margaret (Maggie) Walker, teaching associate (Gastroenterology) was recently elected president-elect of the Washington Academy of Physician Associates (WAPA).

She will serve a 3-year term: president-elect (2026-27), president (2027-28) and past-president (2028-29).

The Washington Academy of Physician Associates empowers PAs to practice, without barriers, at their highest level of education and experience while fully realizing PAs as integral members and leaders of Washington’s healthcare team.

 
 
 

Maggie Walker, DMSc, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who specializes in gastroenterology. She graduated from the University of Washington's MEDEX program as a Physician Assistant in 2011 - Anchorage class 1. She completed her master's degree in 2016 and her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree at A.T. Still University in 2021.
