Congratulations to Dr. Petros Grivas, professor (Hematology and Oncology) who has received the Young Investigator Award from the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group.
This award is given annually by the ECOG-ACRIN to one outstanding researcher in recognition of extraordinary scientific achievements during the early years of their career (under the age of 46).
The ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (ECOG-ACRIN) is a membership-based scientific organization that designs and conducts cancer research involving adults who have or are at risk of developing cancer.
Grivas serves as the ECOG-ACRIN Genitourinary (GU) Cancers Committee co-chair and has recently joined the National Cancer Institute GU Steering Committee.
