Kelly Uçkun new administrator in the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition

The department welcomes Kelly Uçkun as the new administrator in the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition, effective October 15, 2019.

Kelly has 15 years of experience in grants management and sponsored research. For the last seven years, she has worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital Research Institute in increasingly progressive leadership roles. Since 2018 she has been the director of the Office of Sponsored Research at SCHRI. Prior to moving to Seattle, Kelly held positions in grants management at Princeton University and for the City of Philadelphia.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in a distance MBA program through Colorado State University.
