Dr. Matthew Rivara, professor (Nephrology) has been elected to the global council of the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) as one of two representatives from North America.
The ISPD Council acts as the primary governing and decision-making body of the organization, which aims to increase global uptake, promote quality practice, and achieve optimal outcomes of peritoneal dialysis through advocacy, research and education.
