Mathew Rivara named CMO of Northwest Kidney Centers

Dr. Matthew Rivara, associate professor (Nephrology) has accepted the position of Chief Medical Officer for Northwest Kidney Centers, effective September 1.

For the last nine years, Rivara has been a part of the Northwest Kidney Centers medical staff, and has been medical director for the Broadway Kidney Center since September 2020. He also served as medical director for Elliot Bay Kidney Center. 

He will continue as a member of the faculty and partake in limited clinical responsibilities at University of Washington.
