Dr. Hans-Peter Kiem, professor (Hematology and Oncology) is the 2026 recipient of the George Stamatoyannopoulos Mentorship Award from the American Society of Gene + Cell Therapy.
This award recognizes individuals for their outstanding contributions toward the mentorship, training, education, or support of students, residents, fellows, trainees, or other early-career professionals.
Kiem was selected for his numerous contributions to the mentorship and training of students and early-career professionals through his laboratory and his leadership role within ASGCT.
