Curtis Jefferson new director of education

We are happy to announce that Curtis Jefferson, EdD, has accepted the inaugural role of director of education for the Department of Medicine, effective Oct.12.

Curtis has a master’s degree in educational leadership (higher education) from the University of North Dakota and a doctorate in education with a concentration in higher education administration from Northeastern University.

He brings a wealth of experience in higher education including roles in experiential education, academic advising, career and professional development, program evaluation, and residence life.

He is currently the assistant dean for assessment & accreditation for the UW School of Pharmacy, where he has worked for the past 12 years.
