Lori Joubert receives International Listening Association President’s Award
The International Listening Association (ILA) has presented Lori Joubert, program coordinator (Cardiology) with a 2026 President’s Award recognizing her leadership, service, and trusted counsel within the international organization.
Joubert supports administrative operations for the Cardiac Electrophysiology Program while also facilitating Listening Circles and other community-building practices designed to strengthen connection and belonging across the Department of Medicine and School of Medicine.
She has held numerous leadership roles within the ILA, including President, Director of Operations, program leadership for ILA’s Certified Listening Professional and Certified Listening Leader initiatives, and co-leadership of the Association’s nomination team.
The President’s Award recognizes a particular dimension of that service: the counsel and steady support she provided as a trusted advisor during the most recent presidential administration.
