Susan Calero will be our new administrator in the Division of General Internal Medicine, effective Aug. 23.
Susan comes to us with 30 years of experience in leadership and a proven track record in management and fiscal stewardship. She managed the UW General Internal Medicine Center for 14 years, and served as director of the University of Washington Medical Center Ambulatory Care Division.
Most recently she has been recruiting manager for UW Medicine Human Resources.
She has a bachelor’s degree in history from State University of New York at Buffalo and credits toward a master’s in public health at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
