Congratulations to Dr. Radhika Narla, associate professor (Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition), this year’s recipient of the Seattle VA Medical Center Steven R. McGee, MD Teaching Excellence Award. She was selected for her excellence in clinical teaching, clinical care, and scholarship.

This award was created in recognition of Dr. McGee’s unique contributions as a master clinician educator and role model dedicated to exceptional patient care and teaching of students, residents, fellows and colleagues; pursuit of knowledge; and the art of physical examination and bedside diagnosis.

Narla is the Assistant Program Director for Subspecialty Medicine for the Internal Medicine Residency Program and Fellowship Site Director and Co-Director fo the Multidisciplinary Osteoporosis and Bone Health Clinic at the Seattle VA.
