We are pleased to announce that Sean Greenlee will be our new Program Manager for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, effective Feb. 22, 2022.  

Sean comes to us with over 20 years of leadership experience and extensive DEI strategy and program development experiences while serving in military, corporate and non-profit roles.

Most recently, he has been self-employed as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant providing services to develop a diverse workforce, foster an inclusive work environment and improve employee engagement.

Sean is an advocate for strengthening communities and serves on a number of boards including Renton Chamber of Commerce and United Negro College Fund Pacific Northwest.

He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Stanford University and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
